Izzie Matthews is a PACFA-accredited holistic psychotherapist dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward healing, growth, and deeper self-understanding. Her work is grounded in compassion, safety, and respect — creating a space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered.
Using a trauma-informed and holistic approach, Izzie works with the whole person — mind, body, and emotional experience — rather than focusing solely on symptoms. She believes meaningful change happens when individuals are gently supported to explore patterns, reconnect with themselves, and build sustainable tools for wellbeing.
All sessions are offered online via Zoom, providing accessible and flexible support wherever you are.
